 Ordering Policy
Generation Pet is strictly a C.O.D company. Payment in the form of cash, credit card, check, or money order is due upon delivery. Please make checks payable to Generation Pet. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
Orders must be placed 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day by 11:00a.m. All new customers will be assigned a delivery day. Add-ons will be accepted until 11:00a.m. the day before your scheduled delivery.
Orders placed by phone or fax will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Orders placed by the website will be confirmed through a copy or the order by email.
A $300.00 minimum is required for all existing Generation Pet routes. When placing your first order with Generation Pet, we will inform you of your minimum required. A Fuel Surcharge of $10.00-$15.00 will be added to all orders delivered by Generation Pet.
Returns must be called in and authorized prior to your scheduled delivery. Please reference individual products offered for return policies.
