Terms:
Generation Pet is strictly a C.O.D company. Payment in the form
of cash, check, or money order is due upon delivery. Please make checks payable
to Generation Pet. Credit Card payments will be posted on delivery day. A 3%
surcharge will be applied to your account when using a credit card.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
To Order: Orders MUST be
placed 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day by 1:00 p.m. All new
customers will be assigned a delivery day. Add-ons will be accepted until 3:00
PM the day before your scheduled delivery.
Confirmation: Orders
placed by phone or fax will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Minimums:
A $300.00 minimum is required for all deliveries on existing Generation Pet
routes. When placing your first order with Generation Pet we will inform you of
your minimum required. A Fuel Surcharge of $10.00 - $15.00 will be added to all orders
delivered by Generation Pet.
Returns:
Returns must be called in and authorized prior to your scheduled delivery.
